INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Pounds of Shredded Chicken
  • 3 cups of Chicken Broth
  • 2 16 Ounce Cans of White Hominy
  • 1 Cup of Chopped Onions
  • 3 Cups of Water
  • 1 teaspoon of Cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons of Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder

PREPARATION

  1.  In a slow-cooker; combine shredded chicken, hominy, chicken broth, water, chopped onions, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper.
  2. Bring ingredients to a simmer.
  3. Allow ingredients to simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
